Ethan's ear reconstruction surgery
Ethan Giles-Bowman was born with a rare condition called Goldenhar Syndrome which results in �microtia� or a very small, deformed ear. In 2010 and 2011 he underwent two operations at the Royal Free to create a new right ear using cartilage from his ribcage. This five-minute video shows his story, which was featured on BBC's The One Show.
