We have a psychiatrist who holds a clinic in the oncology department on a Monday morning. Your specialist, or one of the counsellors, can refer you to this clinic.
We also have a link with a nurse specialist who can provide you with advice and support in telling children about their parents cancer and any concerns over children affected by an adults cancer. Please ask the team caring for you to refer you to this service.
The chaplaincy provide spritual care and general support. You can contact them on 020 7794 0500 x33096.

Prostate cancer support group
The Men's Den is a support group for men diagnosed with prostate cancer. Further information and meeting times can be found under urology.
Palliative care
The palliative care team works both within the hospital and the community of North Camden. Palliative care concentrates on quality of life issues for patients and families. The team has specialist skills in pain management and the control of other symptoms. They provide information and support on social, emotional and spiritual matters.
