Patients at the Marlborough sexual health clinic can now visit during the evening thanks to extended opening times. From today patients can make evening appointments on Wednesdays up to 7.15pm. The new service was set up in response to a customer satisfaction survey carried out by the clinic. Dr Daniel Ivens, consultant in genitourinary medicine, said: “We simply responded to demand. Patient feedback showed that people would like to access the clinic out of office hours and it makes sense to tailor services to fit around modern lifestyles.” The survey also revealed that 92% of people rated the service at the clinic as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’ Dr Ivens continued: “This is a fantastic endorsement and a testament to the dedication of all the team. We have tried to make the environment as accessible and welcoming as possible.
