The trust board comprises full-time executive and part-time non-executive directors.
The Executive directors are responsible for the daily running of the organisation but the entire board takes collective responsibility for setting the strategic direction for the trust and for ensuring its achievement against performance targets. The board is also accountable for upholding high standards of governance and probity.
