Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust

Quality Accounts

Quality of care and patient safety are the trust’s highest priorities. The Royal Free Quality Account 2009/2010 will outline the quality of services the trust has to offer, our priorities for improvement and actions we intend to take to secure these improvements.

For the first time from April 2010, all trusts have to produce Quality Accounts which provide information on the quality of care they provide. This will help people to make better informed choices about their healthcare and allow clinical teams to benchmark compare and improve their performance.

To continue to drive improvement and as part of this process, it is important we listen to our members, the Council of Governors, patients, staff, members of the public and other healthcare partners about the quality of services we provide.

We would welcome feedback on our quality accounts and would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to email us at rfquality@nhs.net and let us know your views or thoughts.
