The clinics take place on the 1st Monday afternoon of every month
Referrals
- Written referrals are processed by the out-patient appointment centre but should be faxed to 33007 (internal) or 020 7472 6829 (external)
- This clinic is not available via Choose and Book and does not accept referrals from GPs
- Referrals accepted for patients over 16 years old only
